    UGS Reports Third Quarter 2005 Consolidated Revenue of US $290.2 Million, or 23.4 Percent Year-over-year Growth
    PLANO, Texas – UGS Corp., a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services, today announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005. In the third quarter, UGS marked its ninth consecutive quarter of year-over-year total revenue growth and expanded its market leadership position in the high-growth collaborative Product Development Management (cPDM) space with a year-over-year 73.8 percent revenue increase including acquisitions, or 45.9 percent without acquisitions.

    Dassault Systèmes and IBM Announce Version 5 Release 16 of their Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Portfolio
    Paris, France, November 8, 2005 - Dassault Systèmes and IBM today announced the release of Version 5 Release 16 (V5R16) of their Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) portfolio, comprised of CATIA for collaborative product development, and ENOVIA and SMARTEAM for product data and life- cycle management, collaboration, and decision support. Concurrently, Dassault Systèmes announced DELMIA V5R16 for the digital development of factory and production processes.

    PTC Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2005 Results
    NEEDHAM, Mass. - Nov. 2, 2005 - PTC, the Product Development Company(TM), today reported revenue of $195.1 million for the fourth fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2005, up 15% from $170.1 million for the same period last year. The growth was driven by a combination of strong organic growth as well as the addition of revenue from Arbortext, which PTC acquired during the quarter. For the fiscal year, revenue grew 9% to $720.7 million, compared to $660.0 million in fiscal 2004.

    National Tsing Hua University, AIP-PRIMECA, Dassault Systèmes and HP Launch PLM Innovation Center in China
    Paris, France, October 18, 2005 - Dassault Systèmes today announced the official opening of the Product Lifecycle Management Innovation Center (PLMIC) at the prestigious National Tsing Hua University in China, which has more than 8,500 students.     Dassault Systemes and Queen's University Establish PLM Competency Centre
    Belfast, U.K. and Paris, France, October 11, 2005 — Dassault Systemes today announced a new partnership with Queen's University, Belfast, U.K., whereby the company will provide PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions for education and research. Queen's University will integrate Dassault Systemes world leading collaborative PLM product development solutions in its research and undergraduate curricula: CATIA V5 for 3D product development, DELMIA for digital definition of manufacturing processes, and SMARTEAM for product data and lifecycle management. Dassault Systemes will collaborate with the Northern Ireland Technology Centre (NITC) at the university to develop PLM-related courses adapted to the rapidly changing business environment. As a result, the undergraduate curriculum will include a PLM module, and in the near future it is anticipated that the university's Master of Science (MSc) students will be the first postgraduates in Europe able to study for a higher degree in PLM, using Dassault Systèmes software.

    ASCON, a leading CAD system developer and integrator in Russia and former USSR countries, has declared their results for the first half of 2005. ASCON's sales volume has increased by 40% as compared to the similar period of the previous year and has exceeded 4 million dollars. More than 150 new customers have appeared in the company in the first six months, and by July 2005 their total number exceeded 2450.

    Autodesk to Acquire Leading Developer of Mechanical Motion Analysis Solutions
    Autodesk, Inc. announced the acquisition of Solid Dynamics, SA, a French company whose kinematics/dynamics technology enables designers in the manufacturing market to simulate, analyze, test and optimize physical motion and loading in mechanical assemblies, a process known as motion simulation and analysis. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

    Autodesk Reports Record Revenues Of $373 Million Raises Guidance For Fiscal 2006
    San Rafael, Calif., August 18, 2005 - Autodesk today announced financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2005. For the second quarter, Autodesk reported record net revenues of $373 million, a 33 percent increase over $280 million reported in the second quarter of the prior year.
