UGS' D-Cubed Subsidiary Announces New Releases for its 3D Component Software Solutions

CAMBRIDGE, England – UGS Corp., a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services, and its D-Cubed subsidiary today announced the immediate availability of new releases of four of D-Cubed's industry-leading component software products. Version 34.0 of 3D Dimensional Constraint Manager (3D DCM), Assembly Engineering Manager (AEM), Collision Detection Manager (CDM) and Hidden Line Manager (HLM) contain new enhancements to improve function and performance.

SAP Expects 18% Growth in Software Revenues for Full-Year 2005

WALLDORF - January 10, 2006 - SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) announced today that after a preliminary review of its 2005 fourth quarter results, it expects full-year 2005 software revenues to be approximately €2,780 million, representing an increase of 18% compared to full-year 2004 software revenues of €2,361 million. The expected 2005 software revenue growth of 18% exceeds the Company's previously published guidance of a range of 12% - 14% growth.

Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation and Oracle Sign Contract for the Development and Implementation of The Federal Treasury Automated System

Geneva, Switzerland 05-JAN-2006 A contract for the development and implementation of the Federal Treasury Automated System under the Russian Federation Treasury System Modernization project was signed on December 14th, 2005 between the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation and the consortium of Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL) and Oracle Nederland B.V. (jointly "Oracle").

Oracle has been selected as the prime contractor for the provision of the application software to be based on Oracle(R) E-Business Suite. Oracle will be working with a number of Russian partners who have a proven success in large-scale public-sector projects, including: OJSC FORS-Development Center, CJS Borlas IBC, NII "Voskhod" and CJS "Oviont-Inform".

The Federal Treasury Automated System of the Russian Federation will provide automated budget execution and business processes within central, regional and local offices. A unified Automated System will be based on Oracle E-Business Suite and Remote Financial Documents Flow System (SUFD) developed on Oracle Database. The project is expected to cover 367,000 workplaces and will include over 30,000 users at all levels of Federal Treasury, Russian Federation Ministry of Finance and Audit Chamber. Additionally, 337,000 other users who deal with budgets in the federal, Russian Federation member territories and municipal governments' level are scheduled to benefit from the system.

Oracle to Partner with IBM to Further Develop Industry- Leading Applications on AIX Operating Systems

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., 22-DEC-2005 Oracle today announced that the company will join the IBM AIX Collaboration Center (IACC) as a founding partner. As a member of the IACC, Oracle developers will work closely with IBM to more tightly integrate Oracle applications with the current and upcoming versions of AIX 5L and will continue to deliver Oracle applications on AIX concurrent with their availability on other platforms. Through this collaboration, customers will benefit from greater exploitation of each platform's leadership features including virtualization, security and cross-platform portability. Today, Oracle and IBM share more than 11,000 customers.
